The VENET SKIING AREA (2,212 m Krahberg) lies amongst a landscape of three thousand meter-high mountains in the idyllic Tyrol West holiday region. The magnificent panorama is the constant companion of winter sports lovers who find long and varied pistes in Krahberg. Beginners and returning skiers will feel equally at home on the wonderful south side with short slopes and gentle pistes heading towards Fliess. The slopes on the guaranteed snow of the north side offer pure enjoyment! The broad slopes of the Weinbergbahn are a paradise for carving lovers. The varied descent down to Rifenal covers around 1,250 metres of altitude.
A ski route boasting ample snow heads down into the valley, with ski fun on offer throughout the 1,400 m descent. The peak of Krahlberg has a practice lift and a children's playground. Nighttime fans can gather for an evening ski at the T-bar lift at the valley in Riefe.
Our ski area is also particularly enriched by the two Rifenalbahn four-seater chair lifts and the covered Weinbergbahn lift.
